Regulations
* The above prices are per week and include: water, electricity, gas, use of swimming pool, parking, taxes and insurance.
* Bed and bathroom linen are extra - € 18 per person per change;
* Booking deposit: 30% of total cost. Balance payable on arrival;
* In case of cancellation, no refund is payable;
* Accommodation will be available to guests from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure;
* A breakages/damages deposit of € 150 is payable at check-in and will be returned to you once the management have checked your vacated accommodation;
* Pets not welcome.
