N.B .: not combined the "all inclusive" with discounts in place.

  • The prices include the use of water, electric power, gas, car parking, swimming pool.
  • You can hire bed and bathroom linen, the price is Euro 18 per person per change.
  • Earnest money: 30% on the amount of the stay. The remaining amount has to be paid at the arrival.
  • In case of renunciation the reception do not give you the money back.
  • The apartments have to be free by 10:00 a. m. of the departing day. The new guests are expected from 04:00 p. m. of the arriving day.
  • When the reception will give you the key you have to leave at the deliveryof the key Euro 150,00 as bail. It will give you back the departing day after a check of the apartment.
